Some windings will have only two wires, while others may have three, and the primary may have more (not likely). Group the wires together for each of the several windings, identified with an ohmmeter. Number each wire with a tag that won't fall off or fade. Or the manufacturer may not have used industry-standard wire color codes in the first place. The colors may have faded or changed over time. NEVER believe the color code on vintage transformers.
